Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required to book for ANY service and are NON-refundable & NON-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, no call/ no show, and rescheduled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Clients arriving after 10 minutes will be rescheduled forfeiting their deposit & requiring a new one before rebooking.
Cancellations/ No-show will be a 45% fee, and must be paid before being able to book again.
NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
